Usage/Dosage
1. Usage

This drug is administered intravenously or continuously infused.

2. Capacity

This drug should be administered under the supervision of a clinician skilled in the operation and use of neuromuscular blockers.

As with other neuromuscular blockers, the dose of this drug should be individualized for each patient, and the dose should be determined by anesthesia method, expected operating time, sedation method and time to expect mechanical respiration, interaction with other drugs administered before or during anesthesia And patient status, and appropriate neuromuscular monitoring is recommended for evaluating nerve root block and recovery.

Inhalation anesthetic enhances the neuromuscular blocking effect of NSAID. However, the strengthening effect appears clinically when volatile agents reach the tissue concentrations required for these interactions. Therefore, during long-term treatment (more than 1 hour) under inhalation anesthesia, the drug should be administered at a lower rate of infusion or a lower maintenance dose by increasing the infusion interval.

For adult patients, the recommended dose for use in a short-term and long-term intubated intubation and muscle relaxation, intensive care unit (ICU), is determined according to the following general criteria:

Precautions for use
