Usage/Dosage
This medicine should be administered before meals. For patients who have difficulty swallowing the drug, open the capsule, mix it in a small amount (60 mL) of orange juice or tomato juice, and administer it immediately. Wash the glass with twice or more juice to fully administer the drug and drink it immediately. Do not chew or crush this medicine after opening it. ○ Adult 1. Short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcer: 15 mg of lansoprazole is administered orally once a day for 4 weeks. 2. Short-term treatment of active benign gastric ulcers: administer 30 mg of lansoprazole once a day for 8 weeks. 3. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori 1) administer 30 mg of lansoprazole twice a day (every 12 hours) with 250 to 500 mg of clarytromycin and 1,000 mg of amoxicillin. It can be administered up to 14 days if necessary. 2) In combination with 30 mg of lansoprazole and 1,000 mg of amoxicillin, 3 times a day (every 8 hours) for 14 days. 4. Maintenance therapy after treatment of duodenal ulcer: 15 mg of lansoprazole is administered orally once a day. The comparative clinical trial period did not exceed 12 months. 5. Treatment of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory analgesic-induced gastric ulcer: Administration of 30 mg of lansoprazole once a day for 8 weeks. The comparative clinical trial period did not exceed eight weeks. 6. Reducing the risk of developing nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory gastric ulcers: 15 mg of lansoprazole is administered orally once a day for 12 weeks. The comparative clinical trial period did not exceed 12 weeks. 7. Short-term treatment for symptoms related to gastroesophageal reflux disease is administered orally for 8 weeks once a day 8. Short-term treatment for erosive reflux esophagitis: 30 mg of lansoprazole is administered orally for 8 weeks once a day. 9. Maintenance therapy after treatment of erosive reflux esophagitis: 15 mg of lansoprazole is administered orally once a day. 10. The administration of lansoprazole according to pathological hypersecretion, including Zolinger Ellison syndrome, varies from patient to patient. Usually, the administration begins with 60 mg once a day for adults. The dose should be adjusted according to the patient's needs and can be administered continuously as long as it is clinically effective. It was administered up to twice a day at 90 mg once.
