As naphthopidyl, administration is started once a day from 25 mg, and if the effect is insufficient, it is increased to 50 to 75 mg at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks, and oral administration is administered once a day after meals.
It is moderately increased or decreased depending on symptoms, but the maximum daily dose is up to 75 mg.
