Usage/Dosage
Adult
1. Intermittent administration
: Intramuscular injection of 10 ~ 60 mg once as methosmethonium chloride. If muscle relaxation is not obtained at this dose, the dose is appropriately increased until muscle relaxation is obtained.
2. Continuous point method
: To obtain a sustained effect, dissolve in a physiological saline solution or a 5% glucose injection solution at a rate of 0.1-0.2%, and continuously inject at a rate of 2.5 mg / min.
Infant and child
If the intravenous injection is not possible, inject 2 to 3 mg per kg of body weight.
